Our Development History

Guangdong Yingtai High-Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of silicone rubber products, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) seals, plastic injection molding, and precision molds. Headquartered at No. 359 Bubugao Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province,our company owns an area of 35,000 square meters and over 500 employees, providing one-stop services from mold design and product manufacturing to assembly and packaging. Since establishing its Hong Kong branch in 2006, Yingtai has continuously expanded its business:

2009: Founded the Shenzhen branch.

2012: Established the LSR product production line.

2015: Set up a professional mold manufacturing workshop.

2018: Relocated to Dongguan to further expand production scale.

Currently, the company operates departments including mold manufacturing workshop, LSR waterproof seal production Workshop, solid silicone rubber parts workshop, fully automatic injection molding workshop, and assembly & packaging department, forming a complete industrial chain.We quipped with 55 LSR molding machines,80 fully automatic injection molding machines,20 solid silicone hydraulic presses, more than 30 precision mold processing equipment.

Coupled with an advanced testing system, we can ensures high-precision and stable product quality. Our products are widely applied in medical, electronics, automotive, smart home, baby products, and other fields, exported to domestic and international markets.

Quality Monitoring

Quality Control Process of Yingtai's LSR Products, Plastic Products and Overmolded Waterproof Seals:

Yingtai Factory implements a strict and multi-dimensional quality control process for its liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products, plastic products and

overmolded waterproof seals. Covering raw materials, processes, finished products and reliability tests, the process ensures that products meet industry 

standards (such as ISO 13485, FDA, etc.). The core processes and strict requirements are as follows:

1. Raw Material Inspection

Plastic Pellets (for injection molding):Testing of melt index, moisture content and color difference.

LSR Raw Materials:Inspection of viscosity, platinum catalyst ratio and batch consistency to avoid vulcanization abnormalities.


2. Process Control

Injection Molding:Monitoring of barrel temperature, injection pressure and cooling time, with parameters optimized through DOE (Design of Experiments).

LSR Production:Precise control of metering and mixing ratio (A/B components), injection speed and vulcanization temperature (with a deviation of ±1℃) to prevent bubbles or under-vulcanization.


3. In-Process Inspection

First Article Inspection:nspection of dimensions and appearance using calipers and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine),Sampling every 2 hours

LSR products require additional checks on transparency and tear strength.


4. Finished Product Testing

Injection Molding Parts:Drop test and weather resistance test.

LSR Products:Biocompatibility test (ISO 10993), tensile strength test (ASTM D412) and long-term aging test (e.g., 85℃/85%RH environmental test).


5. Traceability and Compliance

Recording of process parameters and test data for batch traceability.

Medical products pass sterile inspection and RoHS/REACH certification.

    We are the original manufacturer and a professional factory located in Dongguan, China. We have 55 silicone product production machines and 80 plastic fully automatic injection molding machines, including 4 two-color injection molding machines. We also have fully automatic robotic arms for mass production; 20 solid silicone rubber hydraulic presses and over 30 mold manufacturing equipment, welcome to process and customize.


  • What products can you produce?

  • What is the application scope of the products produced?

    Our liquid silicone accessories, plastic accessories, waterproof silicone seals are applied in new energy vehicles, smart wearables, maternal and child products, 3C electronics, kitchenware, electronic atomization, etc.


  • What is the normal lead time for product orders?

    Generally it is 3-5days if the goods are in stock. or it is10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

    If the mold production is involved, the delivery cycle of the production mold is 15 days, and the average production time after the sample is approved is 1-2 weeks.


  • How can I customize a product?

    ① Provide relevant documents (2D and 3D drawings).

    ② Tell us your requirements for the parts (hardness/material/quantity/color, etc.).

    ③ After analyzing with our engineers, a quotation will be made within 24 hours.
